Our Mission at Known Nutrition

Known to be more

Our Mission

It’s simple. To make health and beauty supplements that work and taste good. Discovering your best skin has always been an inside job, so we created a brand that helps you to look and feel like the best possible version of yourself without turning to drastic diets, food deprivation or invasive (and often painful) procedures.

Because beauty should be a pleasure, not a pain.

Known to do more

Responsibly Sourced. Always Quality. Made Naturally.

Responsibly Sourced Collagen

Responsibly Sourced

Transparency is at the heart of everything we do, that’s why we want you to know exactly where our collagen comes from. Our Hydrolysed Marine Collagen is sourced from the skin’s of wild, deep-sea ocean fish such as cod, haddock and pollock from the North Atlantic Ocean.

A by-product of the food industry, we chose this method of sourcing to prevent any risk of exposure to antibiotics or hormones, which can sometimes occur with farm-raised fish. We only use the skin’s of cold water species, as their collagen has a higher amino-acid content and bioavailability.

Why this 50 year-old health- coach swears by Collagen

"I was first introduced to collagen via an insider tip from my lovely neighbour, who also happens to be a hugely knowledgeable nutritional therapist.

Around five years ago, she took me aside and gave me an invaluable piece of advice. I had just had a DEXA scan that revealed the bone density of my hips was weak – something that had first been picked up when I was only 35. Given that my mum had osteopenia and had suffered a few breaks, I was desperate to do whatever I could to protect my bones, which are, after all, the scaffolding for my whole self."
