Great flavour and texture
This is my first time taking Ashwagandha, I was recommended to start taking them to help with my mental health anxiety and wellbeing. When I saw these pop up it seemed the perfect time to give them a try and the fact that they were gummies rather than popping another tablet made it seem more manageable!They come in a tall plastic pot and contain 60 gummy’s which at first I thought justified the price a little more however when I read the instructions the dose is two gummy’s a day so it’s only a months worth not 2 so personally this will price me out.The actual taste and flavour is fruity and juicy. Very soft in texture and is rather very pleasant. As for results I think it is still too early to say if they have made a difference as something like this needs to be in your system to build up.The product itself gets a big thumbs up for me the only negative for me is the high price tag. Also I had a very long wait for delivery too, I don’t know if this was a one off or something others found too.
