Got rid of hormonal acne.

I love collagen powder, it's done wonders for my skin and hair. I got these gummies as it's currently cold and flu season, I wanted to ensure I could keep up with vitamin routine even if I'm bed ridden. It works out to £0.50 a day for a two months supply. They contain vitamin A, and aren't suitable for anyone pregnant or trying to conceive.I started taking these the day before my moon cycle, be warned they are moreish and I was taking 3-4 a day, the texture and flavours so good. You can still taste a hint of the marine collagen flavour powders have but they disguised it well. This was the first cycle in months that my jawline didn't erupt in hormonal cystic acne and I had zero cramps. This maybe because they contain vitamin A, I've heard taking too much can have a similar effect to Accutane but come with a lot of potential risks.I'm gonna pause taking them for now and save them for that time of them month or when I'm ill.

Easy one a day vitamin C supplement with marine collagen

These are easy to chew, doesn't feel like you're eating something unpleasant, equally isn't super sweet like candy.They smell quite florally.Tastes a little like unsweetened wine gums.Great value, 2 month supply.

Gummy Vitamin C Collagen

The gummies in the jar taste great; they have a sweet pomegranate flavour that I can still taste in my tongue. They have a soft gummy texture that is comfortable to chew.In terms of value for the money, I'd say it's rather pricey for what it is, but I'd still buy it if the chance presented itself.

Expensive

I really can’t tell if these are doing anything for me. I suspect I would have to take them for a long time to see the benefits. Hair and nails grow so slowly. All I can say is that these taste quite nice and are easy to chew and swallow. I probably wouldn’t take a chance on them though at nearly £30 - they are very expensive for what they are, given that you can’t really tell if they are working until you are probably through several bottles.

Not a great flavour

Easy enough to chew but the flavours not to my taste, I’ve been using these a little while now and not really seeing any change in my complexion yet to report but I will keep it up as they are good for internal health as well
