These vitamins are perfect for people who struggle to take tablets, or take a lot so want a break from having to swallow pills.Each vitamin is about 1.5cm diameter, and they have a nice, blood orange flavour. The texture is okay, a normal vegan gummy texture so doesn’t feel weird when chewing.They are really easy to take, and contain vitamin A, D3, E, B3, B6, C, Biotin, Iodine and Zinc.Overall, I would definitely recommend these, especially for anyone needing multivitamins but not wanting to take tablets.They are however, £12.99 for a months supply, so a little expensive.

I like to take daily vitamins but if I'm in a rush in the morning I don't always bother if I have to get a drink to take them. And swallowing evil-tasting tablets is no fun for anyone of any age. The last lot I got tasted like seaweed...So the big advantage of these for me is that you can just throw a couple (two a day is recommended for adults) into your mouth on the way out of the house in the morning. Which is what I've been doing. They taste like any fruity, jellied sweet, with a soft texture that won't get stuck in your teeth. They're actually very nice. I'd eat them even if they didn't contain all my daily vitamins.I like that they're vegan because vitamins are supposed to contain only good ingredients and it means anyone can take them, more or less. Packaging is nice and you can reuse the little jar when you've eaten them all.
