As someone that struggles to take tablets these gummies are a really easy way to get Omega 3. I’ve given it 4 stars as there is a slight fishy taste when first put in your mouth but overall the taste iOS fruity so I’ll be continuing to reorder.
I had been looking high and low for omega 3 in a chewable form for some time and these are great! They taste fine (not fishy) and I feel better knowing I am now taking an essential supplement.
I am always open to anything that can improve my well being and have had plenty of these in the past .They all have varying differences in taste, texture and supplements so it is worth trying different ones.These ones were a more appealing texture, smell and taste than some of the others I have tried as well as supplying supplements to help my blood pressure, vision and brain.I find this quite pleasant to take and hopefully I will benefit from them.
I was pleasantly surprised by how good these taste they are really nice, when you open them there is a very strong fish smell and I thought they were going to be foul as I cannot stand seafood however they taste nothing like fish they have very strong citrus tastes they are just like sweets also a massive bonus is that there is no fish aftertaste or burps like with tablets, I would definitely recommend if you are like me and do not like fish however my only gripe is the price I feel that they are a bit too expensive compared to standard fish oil capsules I personally really like them but I would not spend that much on them maybe if they were half that price however if you can afford it then go for it you will not regret it
Good Omega 3 vitamines 60 capsules in the box to be take twice a day a supply of a month. The vitamins are gummies very nice to have with lemon and orange flavour. Very good supplements for the brainfuction, support healthy blood pressure
