Great alternative to loading up with caffeine

With a daily routine of going to the gym before work, then getting home in the late evening, I was getting too reliant on coffee for caffeine boosts throughout the day. I've been taking these for a month and I'm now having only 1 coffee a day - I just don't feel the need to have more! Really impressed with the effectiveness of these, and a competitive price for the substance behind it.
