Our formula uses Liposomal Technology to ensure your body absorbs as much of the supplement as possible.

Now here’s where it gets complicated.
We only want to encapsulate vitamins in Lipo that are hard for your body to absorb. That’s why we specifically chose to coat only the Vitamin C element of the formula in Liposomes.
Why? Because Vitamin C generally has a low absorption rate. But… (now here’s the good bit), we specifically included it in our formula because, when absorbed effectively, it accelerates the Collagen Synthesis process within the body.

Our Liposomal formulation allows your body to absorb both 98% of the Hydrolysed Marine Collagen and 85% of the Vitamin C content, whereas most tablets and capsules only allow you to absorb around 15%.

In each sachet there is 5g of Type 1 Hydrolysed Marine Collagen.
Why? Well, Type 1 is the most abundant form of Collagen that is found in the skin, hair and nails so is the most effective when it comes to giving you the most visible results.
The Hydrolysed element basically means that the Collagen has been through the chemical process of hydrolysis. This simply means to break down the Collagen molecules into ‘peptides’ so they are small enough for your body to absorb.

Yes, but only if it’s hydrolysed.
The reason that our Collagen goes through the hydrolysis process is because in its whole form, Collagen cannot be absorbed by the body.
Naturally, Collagen molecules are too large for the body to absorb. The hydrolysis process breaks the Collagen down into small, bioavailable peptides meaning that it can be easily absorbed by the intestine and then into the bloodstream.
This happens in a similar way to how you digest food. The Collagen peptides then make their way to the skin, hair, nails and other parts of the body.
