Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to addresses located in UK Mainland. We are working hard with our courier partners on solutions which will enable shipping in to Europe. As soon as this is available, we will be sure to keep you updated.
What delivery service do you offer?
We offer two delivery services.
UK standard delivery-
This is a service which aims to deliver your order within 2 business days of dispatch.
UK Next Day Delivery-
This is a service which aims to deliver your order within 1 business day(s) of dispatch.
How much does delivery cost?
UK standard delivery-
For order values of under £25, standard delivery to UK Mainland is £2.95. Order values of Over £25, standard delivery is Free.
UK Next Day Delivery-
For order values of under £25, next day delivery to UK Mainland is £3.95.
For order values of over £25, next day delivery to UK Mainland is £1
How long does dispatch take?
Orders placed by 12:30pm on business days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this will be processed and shipped the next business day.
When can I expect my order?
Known Nutrition ships to you using couriers including (but not limited to) Royal Mail. Depending on where you live and the delivery service which you have chosen, deliveries should take-

I purchased multiple items, will they be shipped together?
If all the items you ordered are showing as in stock on the website then they will ship together as one parcel.
What if an item is out of stock?
Due to the complex nature of our products we may occasionally experience some out of stock products. This will show up on the order now section for that product. We will always let you know the minute a product comes back into stock via Instagram and Facebook so make sure you follow us.

What payment methods do you accept?
Known Nutrition uses Total Processing Ltd as a payment provider, through which you can purchase using Visa & Mastercard card. We also accept PayPal. We are working hard with our payment partner on developing our payment method offering. As soon as this is available, we will be sure to keep you updated.
How will purchases appear on my credit card statement?
For payments made through Visa & Mastercard payments, these will appear as "KNOWN NUTRITION" on your credit card statement.
For payments made through Paypal, these will appear as "PAYPAL *KNOWN" on your credit card statement.
