KNOWN NUTRITION SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
- OVERVIEW
The Known Nutrition Subscribe and Save Program (the "Program") allows you to subscribe to receive certain Known Nutrition products at a 30% discount on an automatic recurring basis. By subscribing to the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- ELIGIBILITY
All products offered by Known Nutrition are eligible for the Program. To participate in the Program, you must complete a minimum of two (2) orders.
- PRICING AND PAYMENT
When you subscribe to a product, the price you pay will be 30% off the current retail price. Your form of payment will be charged at the time of each shipment. The amount charged will reflect the discounted Program price for the product(s). Known Nutrition reserves the right to change the retail price at any time, but we will notify you of any changes before they take effect.
- SHIPMENT FREQUENCY
By subscribing, you agree that we will send you a new shipment of the product(s) you subscribed to at the frequency you selected when you first subscribed. The default frequency is monthly, but you can change this at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscriptions.
- AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
Your subscription will automatically renew until you decide to cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription before completing two orders, you agree to pay the difference between the discounted price and the full retail price for the product(s) received.
- MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM
Known Nutrition reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program, or any part of it, at any time and for any reason. If the Program is modified or discontinued, we will notify you by email.
- LIMITATIONS
The 30% discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. The discount does not apply to shipping fees, taxes, or other charges.
- RETURN POLICY
If you're not satisfied with a product received through the Program, you may return it in accordance with Known Nutrition’s standard return policy.
- AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By subscribing to the Program, you affirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. We encourage you to review them periodically for any updates or changes.
