Not sure haven’t used long enough, however the texture is off they break about really easily and they’re almost crumbly, the flavour is ok, quite sour

Postpartum Support Gummies are great for anyone that's just had a baby. Full of vitamins and minerals, these will help with fatigue and give iron levels a boost and many other benefits. These also contain biotin which is great for hair. We all know hair can fall out after pregnancy so hopefully these will reduce hair loss. They have a tasty berry flavour and they're chewy. Great for people that struggle to swallow tablets. 2 gummies per day are required so this is a 1 month supply.
